1. Do you have OEM business?

A: Yes, we would like to ask you to be our TNC brand agent, but OEM brand is also welcome. Just a little more requirement on the qty.

2. What is the support for TNC brand agent?

A: We will support TNC brand agent with promotional materials such as display board, catalogue, T-shirt, pens and so on; TNC brand agents have the priority to choose the latest new series;

3. May I get samples?

A: Yes, sure. We would like to support you with certain pcs samples, sample cost and freight cost will be on your side;

4. How many years warranty of your wall switch and socket product?

A: we have electrical switch, socket, data sockets, dimmers and smart switch;

Electrical switch and socket for 10 years warranty;

Data sockets and other electronic products for 1 year warranty;

Smart switch for 2 years warranty;

5. How could you insure the quality?

A: Our products have CB certificates, and IEC, BS, SASO standard testing report from SGS;

And we have a lab with CNAS level, every new product development we will test many times to ensure the specification performance; before goods shipment we will also take samples to test;

6. What are the payment terms available?

A: T/T; L/C; OA(according to payment records and credit condition)
